Resolved Monitoring Point Connectivity

Please be advised that as our systems catch up with backed up data processing and alerts, users might observe monitoring point disconnects from the AppNeta Performance Manager for a brief period of time. Connectivity alerts may be generated for users who have configured alerting accordingly, no monitoring data loss is expected. Resolved Network Information Data Processing Delays

We are currently experiencing delays processing new network information data and isp updates. As such, network information for traceroutes as shown in the path routes view may not show the latest network name, ASN and ISP name. This is affecting all AppNeta Performance Manager users. We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. We will continue providing updates as they are available.

Resolved Usage Data Processing Delays

We are currently experiencing delays processing Usage alerts. New Usage data is being delayed before becoming available in the AppNeta Performance Manager. At this time, users may not receive new alerts pertaining to their Usage data. This is affecting all AppNeta Performance Manager users. We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. We will continue providing updates as they are available.

We are aware of an issue with the Global Monitoring Points in the Ankara, Turkey region that may affect Experience and Delivery monitoring data from this region. Resolved DNS Rollup Data Processing Delays

We are currently experiencing issues with the processing of historical DNS monitoring data. For the duration of the incident DNS monitoring data may not be available when looking back 7 days and longer. The most recent monitoring data and alerts are processed without any issues. This is affecting AppNeta Performance Manager users with Experience monitoring configured. We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. Resolved Traceroute Data Processing Delays

We are currently experiencing delays processing traceroute data. New traceroute data is being delayed by approximately one hour before becoming available in the AppNeta Performance Manager. Users are not be able to see most recent traceroutes on their Network Paths and Routes panel and newly created paths won’t display Routes. This is affecting all AppNeta Performance Manager users. We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue. We will continue providing updates as they are available.
