Resolved Broadcast Quickstats Pages Unavailable

We are currently investigating an unscheduled interruption to our individual broadcast quickstats pages. Resolved Unscheduled Interruption: Public Site and Broadcast Archive

We are currently experiencing an unscheduled interruption, causing our main site www.aweber.com and broadcast archives to be inaccessible. All other AWeber services appear to be working at this time, including email sending, subscriber sign ups, and public API. Our team is currently working to identify the cause and resolve it. Resolved Unscheduled Interruption: CDN content not loading properly

We are investigating an unscheduled interruption affecting some of our customers, mainly on U.S. west coast and northern Europe, which is preventing CDN content from loading properly. This may impact the customer login areas from loading, customer logos loading, as well as images in some sent emails from loading. Our team has located the cause and we are working to resolve the interruption as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as they are available. Subscriber sign ups, email sending, click and open tracking, and other portions of the application continue to run normally.

Resolved Unscheduled Interruption: Unable to Log In

We are currently experiencing an unscheduled interruption, which is not allowing customers to log in to their accounts via the web or mobile apps. All other AWeber services appear to be working at this time, including email sending, subscriber sign ups, public API, and newsletter archives. Resolved Delay in Open and Click Stats

Some customers may be experiencing delays with open and click stats for messages sent between June 27, 2018 and July 2, 2018. Messages sent after 5:00 p.m. EDT on July 2, 2018 should not be experiencing any delay in their message statistics. All messages are being sent as normal, and no open or click data has been lost. Any delayed stats will be updated as they are processed. We will provide periodic updates as they are available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience.

Resolved Reported Incidents Related to Comcast Outages

We are investigating reported incidents from users who cannot log in to AWeber. We believe the cause of this issue is related to nationwide Comcast outages, and that it will be resolved when Comcast's outages are resolved. Though this is not a direct issue with AWeber, we are monitoring this issue closely, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
