Ongoing Custom Role Permissions Issue

A subset of clients are currently experiencing an issue where their custom roles have lost the permissions that were previously assigned to them. Our development team is currently working to isolate any clients affected by this. If you run into this issue, please contact support so that we can manually restore these permissions for you

Ongoing AWS Service Degradation

AWS is having issues with several services based out of US-East-01. This is event is causing service degradation for several clients. Blackboard is closely monitoring our products and services to support escalations.

Wednesday, November 19, 2020 7:22 am EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) GMT -5 hours - Blackboard has observed a large subset of Collaborate Ultra users from Chile and Peru that have experienced disconnects or reconnects in ongoing sessions. Blackboard is conducting a further analysis to determine the root cause.
