Twilio, a service provider for Clever, is experiencing issues that are preventing the Teacher Messages feature in Clever to load for users. Clever is experiencing intermittent errors across multiple products including logins to the district dashboard, logins to SAML applications, Badge logins into Chromebooks, and Clever Portal logins. We’re investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.

Resolved Clever school search bar errors

The Clever school search bar is experiencing intermittent errors. As a workaround, navigate directly to your district's Clever login URL, e.g. https://clever.com/in/{districtShortname}.

Resolved Messaging unavailable for some users

Clever has identified an issue causing Clever Portal Messaging features to be unavailable for some users. We are working to fix the issue.

Resolved Elevated error rates for dashboards

From: 6:58pm - We're currently investigating elevated error rates in the Events API, App Administrator Dashboard, District Administrator Dashboard and Family Portal

Resolved Clever Syncs Internal Error and Re-submission

From 9:45AM PST - 10:35AM PST all district sync types experienced an internal error and failed. The error has been fixed, and those syncs have been re-triggered and should complete as normal by 12:30PM PST.

Resolved Portal notifications downtime

District portal notifications are down. District administrators are unable to create new notifications in the dashboard. Students, teachers, and staff do not see any notifications from districts in their portal. We are investigating the issue.
