Resolved ClickFunnels MarketPlace/Cookbook Service Issues
We are currently experiencing issues with the purchasing of Funnels from the ClickFunnels Marketplace. This issue also affects the users ability to use the Cookbook to create new Funnels. Users are advised to use the Classic Funnel builder in the app while we investigate.
Resolved Upstream Service Provider issues
We are currently seeing issues with one of our upstream service providers. (Cloudflare has a delay in processing SSL certificates.) This may result in an elevated errors when your ClickFunnel's sites. We'll update this page, as more details become available.

Service Disruption We are currently experiencing a service disruption. Our Dev and OPS teams are working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. Application users and their customers may be affected. We will send an additional update in 20 minutes.
Resolved Image Upload Incident
We have identified an issue with our image uploading partner that is causing customers in the United States and Europe to encounter errors when attempting to upload an image. We are monitoring the situation as they investigate and implement a fix for the issue.

Our user base is currently experiencing degraded performance in regards to viewing and searching contacts. We are investigating and will post as soon as we have more information available.
Resolved ClickFunnels Phishing/Malware Update
It appears a malicious user abused the page preview feature of our system in order to conduct a Phishing attack on unsuspecting users. No data or confidential information was leaked or accessed as part of this thwarted attack. As soon as this was identified, we removed and banned this user from our platform. Likewise our security and engineering teams took immediate action to prevent subsequent abuse. Nonetheless, during this short period, it seems that Google and other third-parties flagged sites on our platform that were targeted by this effort. We regret that you may have been impacted despite our best efforts and quick response. It is our hope that Google and others will re-scan these sites as soon as possible and deem them safe to operate. You may be able to accelerate your review, by contacting Google or other third-parties directly.

We have reports of users having interment issues processing payments. The issue has been identified and fix has been put in place. We are currently monitoring the system to ensure no more errors exist.
