Resolved Access Log Processing Delayed

A backlog of access logs which are due to be processed has formed as a result of maintenance being performed on the primary database. This impacts accounting (e.g. usage, metrics and entitlement restrictions), as well as retrieval and display of recent download logs for repositories. Package downloading/uploading is not affected. We will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide updates on the progress of the maintenance and backlog processing.

Resolved Degraded Performance in US

We've identified an issue with timeouts for requests originating in the United States region, related to upstream timeouts from npmjs. We're working on mitigating (or alleviating) this, but in the meantime, a small portion of requests might fail or timeout. This may continue to happen for npm-based requests until npmjs recovers.
