Some customers may be experiencing latency issues and errors in connected to our Content Management API from the APAC region - we are taking steps to mitigate the issue.

We are investigating availability issues of our Website. The issue only affects the Website and you can still login via https://be.contentful.com/

Resolved Errors in Images and Assets delivery

Our monitoring systems detected a spike of errors in image & asset delivery in the eastern US region, starting around 06:35 UTC and subsiding after about 30 minutes. Error rates have dropped to zero, and we are monitoring the situation.

All APIs are currently experiencing intermittent connection issues and degraded performance. This appears to be a global internet connectivity issue impacting many web properties; we are also impacted.

A small percentage of requests are seeing increased latency or occasional errors due to ongoing DNS issues of our cloud provider. We have implemented mitigations to reduce the number of errors, but users may continue to see increased latency on some requests. This primarily impacts the CMA. We are investigating further mitigations.
