Resolved All Deployments: Intermittent SMS Delivery Delays to US Phone Numbers

We have identified an issue causing intermittent delivery delay issues with some SMS messages to US Phone Numbers on all of our deployments and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. We suggest using other authentication methods such as Duo Push, Phone Callback, or Passcodes, or trying to send an SMS passcode again, as a workaround. Resolved Multiple Deployments: AD Sync Issues

We are currently investigating an issue with AD Sync failures on multiple deployments. We are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. Affected customers may see the following error in their Directory Sync settings page in the Duo Admin Panel: "Test query using the configured Base DN Searching the directory failed, possibly due to an incorrect base DN." Resolved All Deployments - internet backbone provider outage resulting in failed authentication attempts to integrations and login issues to the Duo Admin Panel

We are currently investigating customer connectivity issues to the Duo service, impacting the ability to access the Duo Admin Panel or authenticate against Duo protected applications. This appears to be caused by a major Internet backbone provider outage which has disrupted access to multiple Internet destinations. Impacted customers may be able to work around the issue by using an alternate Internet connection or ISP to access the Duo service.
