Resolved API storage issue

We are currently investigating an issue with our API affecting our mobile, desktop, and web customers. We're working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. We will provide another update by 9am Pacific Time if the issue is not resolved.

An issue arose where signup using Google OAuth would fail for some accounts, leaving the session in an invalid state.

We are currently experiencing failures in our real-time infrastructure that has taken down Flow Chat and live data updates across all applications. Our team is investigating the cause.

Flow is experiencing unusual load and some services may be slower to load than usual. We are investigating mitigations.

Resolved AWS DNS Outage

Our upstream hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is currently experiencing intermittent problems with their DNS infrastructure. This may manifest in intermittent errors with various functions within Flow, especially surrounding file uploads and attachments. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as the situation develops.

Resolved Degraded Performance; Search and Chat outage

As of 09:00 EST, Flow is currently experiencing degraded performance from our cloud provider, which has cascaded high load across the platform. Until resolved, all Flow apps and services may respond slower than usual, and search results may fail to respond or be out of date.
