Resolved Events showing in UTC and not default for the user
At this time all events on the platform are showing in UTC time instead of the default time zone of the event or user. We are currently investigating. Thank you for your understanding.

Resolved Degraded event stage area experience
Our vendor has reported an issue wherein requests for video manifest and chunks and failing. Viewers may experience freezing / glitching of the video and video switching back to the fallback layout.
Resolved Website not accessible due to a widespread DNS issue
At the moment, several websites around the World are not accessible due to issues with major DNS providers. We are currently investigating the issue and trying to get some information. This issue seems to be a regional issue, currently affecting North America and Europe
