Resolved Click-bucketing pipeline is operating in a degraded state

Click bucketing totals are delayed in being updated. Reports are still available. This is due to an underlying issue with our service provider. We are monitoring and will update when normal service resumes.

We are experiencing a temporary delay in the time that it takes for an ad to go live after being created or updated. We have identified and corrected the root cause of the delay. Our publishing queue is rapidly catching up and we are continuing to monitor the system.

Resolved Instant Counts data delayed

Adzerk experienced an issue with the Instant Count pipeline starting at 04:46am UTC today. This is now resolved but did cause a backlog in our processing pipeline. We are monitoring the issue and expect full service to resume shortly.

Resolved Problem displaying reports in the UI

We are currently aware of an issue causing reports to fail rendering within the UI. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue as a top priority. The Reporting API is unaffected.

Resolved Elevated 5xx errors

An unexpected ad-server scaling event caused excess load on our ad serving infrastructure. This caused an elevated number of 5xx errors to be returned between 14:08 and 14:38 UTC.

Resolved Elevated response times: ad serving

From 0000 UTC to 0045 UTC, one ad server cluster in AWS us-east-1 region experienced elevated response times. This was caused by an error in the cluster configuration which prevented new instances from launching. The issue has been identified and corrected. Response times have returned to normal. We continue to monitor the situation and have performed an audit of all cluster configurations. We do not expect any further issues.

Resolved ap-southeast-1 logs delayed

Starting 24 August 1640 UTC and ending 25 August 0100, in the ap-southeast-1 region, the processing of adserver logs was delayed. These logs contain data used for tracking caps and goals, reporting, and data-shipping. The cause of the delay was identified, the issues have been corrected, and all systems are now fully functioning.
