Resolved Delay in Analytics Processing for 12.5% of Metrics

Our analytics processing infrastructure is running 3-4 hours behind for approximately 12% of all metrics, which may be causing campaign, flow, and dashboard reports to appear outdated for affected metrics. No data has been lost, and flow-triggering, real-time segmentation and campaign sending are not impacted. We will provide further updates once we have better clarity on time to resolution.

Resolved Issue Leading to Elevated Bounce Rates

Beginning at 10:00AM Eastern Time, we are experiencing a distinct issue impacting email deliverability to select inbox providers. This issue may yield elevated soft bounce rates. Domains including Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Verizon will not be affected. We are actively working on a resolution and will keep this status page updated.

Resolved Delay in Analytics Processing for 12.5% of Metrics

We have identified an issue impacting roughly 12.5% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated since 10:15 AM (Eastern Time) on October 23, 2020 for impacted metrics. Campaign sending, flow-triggering and real-time segmentation are not impacted, and no data is lost. We expect metrics to catch up in the next 6 hours and will provide updates as they become available. In the meantime, segments can be used to pull analytics counts. To do so: 1. Create a new segment 2. Include a segment condition for what someone has done (or not done) 3. Choose the open / click / conversion metric 4. Resolved Delays in Flow Triggering and segmentation, Elevated API Errors and Intermittent Application Page Load Issues

We have identified an issue impacting Klaviyo APIs and certain pages to load across the Klaviyo application. Beginning at 12:02PM Eastern Time on October 15, users may see an error returned when trying to use subscription, list and profile APIs. Additionally, users will see pages time out within Klaviyo. Resolved Delay in Email Sending and errors on certain pages

We are investigating an issue with delays in email sending and errors on certain pages of the Klaviyo App. Beginning around 1:30PM Eastern Time on October 14, users visiting email templates, campaigns and flows pages will see an error. Campaigns cannot be scheduled and emails sending is delayed. We are working towards a fix now.

Resolved Incident Impacting the Email Template Editor

We have identified an issue editing content within the Email Template Editor. This issue is causing template previews to render email content inaccurately, which means that previews may not resemble emails as they appear in users' email clients. We are working on fix to this issue, and expect this fix to be released in approximately 1 hour. We will provide updates here as we work towards a resolution.

Resolved Issue with Shopify event Collections meta-data

We have identified an issue with the Collections meta-data in Shopify integration events. Since Monday at 12pm US Eastern Time, flow filters, flow splits, segments, and reports utilizing the Collections meta-data in Shopify events have been evaluating incorrectly. As a result some emails might be incorrectly triggered. We are working towards a fix now.
