Ongoing Opt-in Message isn't sent when opening Customer Chat on Mobile
Some of the Customer Chats do not deliver their opt-in messages when opened in a mobile browser. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. We are currently waiting for Facebook's response and confirmation that it's the bug on their side.
Ongoing Paid Messages, Targeting, Metrics and some Messaging Campaigns are temporarily unavailable for ads delivered to or from Europe.
Due to new privacy rules in Europe, some messaging campaigns have been paused: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/574941489951914 Sponsored (Paid) Messages, performance metrics, Targeting features and Messaging Campaigns (Conversions and Lead Generation) are temporarily unavailable for ads delivered to or from Europe (targeted to European locations, delivered to users in Europe, or from advertisers or Pages based in Europe). You can still run "click-to-message" ads using the following substitutions. Changes to your campaign may affect performance. 1. The link clicks optimisation can be used instead of the conversations/leads optimisations. 2. The start conversations template can be used instead of the lead generation template Beginning in early December, certain messaging-related ads, targeting options, and performance reporting for ads delivered to and from Europe will be unavailable.
Resolved Images not being delivered to Live Chat
Due to an issue on Facebook's side, some of the attachments that subscribers are uploading in response to your bot are not being delivered to Live Chat. Facebook is investigating the cause of the issue. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Resolved Customer Chat Growth Tool issues caused by Facebook's new Graph API update
We've identified a bug that affects Customer Chat Growth Tool after today's upgrade to the new Graph API by Facebook. We've rolled out the fix to minimize the impact, but you may still experience issues with the user's opt-in source being displayed as 'Direct' in the Subscriber profile. Also, User Input block doesn't get sent in the message through Customer Chat now if new Subscribers haven't replied something to the bot for the first time. Facebook team has confirmed this bug and they are currently working on it. ETA for the fix - this week. As soon as they roll it out, we will immediately make updates inside our platform.
Resolved Quick Reply buttons may not be displayed on iPhone
You may notice that Quick Replies do not work as expected on iPhone currently - Facebook is working on a fix at the moment. In the meantime, we recommend reinstalling the Messenger app as a workaround. You can track this issue's status here: https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/345276356561198/
Resolved E-mail Channel Maintenance
E-mail channel will be under maintenance October 10th, 9am-11am PST. During this period, 'delivered', 'opened' and 'clicked' statistics for e-mail may be updated with delays. All statistics will be updated as soon as the maintenance is completed. No data will be lost.
Resolved ManyChat app is not functioning properly at the moment
We're investigating the issue with ManyChat not working properly - all automations are stopped at the moment, our developers are already working on the fix.
Resolved Partial Facebook Outage
We’re experiencing an elevated error rate and delays in Facebook API functioning. Some of the bot functions might not be working properly at the moment. Users can also experience issues with login. We're investigating the issue.
