Resolved Degraded sidebar functionality

We are currently investigating a degradation in sidebar functionality for a subset of customers. Impacted customers will see their sidebar in Gmail either fail to load or take a longer than normal period of time to load.

Resolved Delays sending emails

We are currently investigating this issue. Increased latency from Gmail and Google Calendar APIs. Sequence messages, sending messages, scheduling calendar events are seeing increased error rates and may have delays due to errors from Google.

Resolved Sequence analytics delayed for some customers

We are currently investigating significantly delayed sequence analytics for a subset of sequences. Sequences will still send as expected but related analytics may not show up in the sequence dashboard.

Resolved Intermittent failures loading the Mixmax web app

Some Mixmax web app features, including the Live Feed, and Templates, are temporarily unavailable. Sending emails with Mixmax in Gmail is fully operational. Scheduled messages and sequences will send as expected. Syncing to your CRM and ATS are unaffected

We are seeing increased latency when retrieving records from Salesforce and when logging Mixmax activity to Salesforce.

Resolved Increased error rate when when viewing the public calendar, scheduling meetings, and viewing meeting templates in the app dashboard.
