Resolved Degraded API Performance

We are currently investigating an issue where we are experiencing degraded API performance. Data within the real-time dashboard will be delayed, and you may encounter increased latency for API calls and webhooks.

Resolved Increased re-buffering and error rates on live and on-demand streams.

We are currently investigating a third-party CDN issue causing increased re-buffering and error rates on live and on-demand streams.

Resolved Direct Uploads Delayed

We've identified an issue receiving Google Cloud Storage notifications which is delaying the processing of direct uploads. VOD ingested by URL as well as live streams are currently operational.

Resolved Delivery Usage API over-reporting 2020-12-12 19:00-12:00 UTC

The data returned by the Delivery Usage API for the hours of 19:00, 20:00, and 21:00 UTC on December 12, 2020 are over-reported by approximately 1.25x to 1.5x. We are working to resolve this discrepancy within the data returned by the API, and will work to make the data accurate for those hours. All data outside of those three hours is accurate. Resolved Dashboard API unavailable

We are currently investigating an issue impacting the availability of the Dashboard API.

Resolved Incomplete data in real-time dashboards for some customers

We are investigating an issue where a small number of customers are seeing a drop in realtime concurrent viewers in Mux Data, starting 8:06PM Pacific time today. We will provide further updates as we have them.

Resolved Errors loading scripts from src.litix.io

From 04:22 UTC until approximately 05:30 UTC on Thursday, November 19, we experienced an issue where scripts loaded from https://src.litix.io may fail to load. During this period, it’s possible that you may have experienced a decrease in data collection. We have addressed this issue, and all scripts load correctly from that domain.

Resolved Increased re-buffering and error rates on live and on-demand streams.

Mux Video experienced a period of increased error rates and latency for live and on-demand video streams from 14:42 UTC until 14:47 UTC. The engineering team is investigating.

Resolved Live Ingest Disconnects

We are currently investigating an issue where some live streams may have been disconnected starting at 1:41 UTC. The issue may be continuing for some customers.

Resolved Partial Data Collection Outage due to DNS resolution failures

We are investigating an issue where certain domain records for our *.litix.io domain fail to resolve sporadically. At this time, this can result in Data SDKs being unavailable from src.litix.io, as well as a partial data collection outage for Mux Data customers.
