We are currently investigating an issue causing a spike in errors to our backend web targeting systems (tapi.optimizely.com) beginning at 07:07 PDT. Users of personalization campaigns using DCP, ListAttributes or recommendations may see 5xx responses to this API until the issue is resolved.

Resolved Stale usage (impressions) numbers for customer usage pages

Our Billing ETL pipeline that calculates Impression Usage numbers is running behind and has stale data since September 1st. No data has been lost and the numbers will be backfilled once we fix our pipeline. Resolved Loading Optimizely Application may present Blank Screen for some Customers

We have received reports and have internally verified that a small number of customers are encountering a blank page when loading the Optimizely application. As a workaround, customers can navigate directly to an Optimizely Project and all functionality should work. We are actively investigating the root cause of the issue.

We have identified an issue where customers are unable to submit tickets through the Optimizely Help Center (Support Form). Customers can temporarily reach our support by sending an email to [email protected]
