QuickBooks Online customers are currently experiencing issues when attempting to sign in and pass multi-factor authentication. The verification email option will not be available for Gmail accounts until the issue is resolved. Our engineers are aware of the problem and working to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Resolved Error 504 when attempting to log into QuickBooks Online.

Customers are reporting receiving error 504 (Bad Gateway) when attempting to log into their QuickBooks Online Account. We are aware of this issue and we are working on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible. At this time we ask that you please attempt to log in after some time.

Resolved Script error when opening QuickBooks Desktop for Windows

We are aware of a script error being seen when opening a QuickBooks company file. This is being caused by an in product message that was activated this morning. Clicking Yes to the message will dismiss it and allow you to continue working without any issues. Our engineering team is working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Resolved QuickBooks Online experiencing connection issues

QuickBooks Online customers are currently experiencing issues when attempting to log in to the program. You may see error "504, 502 or 500 Bad Gateway..". Our engineers are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We currently do not have a work around at this time. Please try to log in once again after some time. Thank you.

Resolved Some customers are unable to login or access Intuit products

Some customers are unable to login or access Intuit products. This include logging in to QuickBooks online, logging into CAMPS, and linking QuickBooks payments accounts with QuickBooks desktop. The issue is being caused by a connection issue with some internet service providers. We are monitoring the issue and hope that it will be resolved soon! We’ll share updates as soon as we learn more.
