Resolved Logging a Call Errors
We discovered an issue with our VoIP Provider, Twilio, that is causing call logging failures. Twilo is aware of the issue and is currently working to resolve it. As soon as we have more information we will update this page. Please check back with status.salesloft.com for updates.
Resolved Brief Outage

Resolved SalesLoft Connect (Chrome Extension) Outbound Calling Error

Some customers are reporting errors when trying to log a call using the SalesLoft Chrome extension. Resolved Outbound Calling Issue with the SalesLoft Dialer
We are investigating an issue with outbound dialling from the SalesLoft platform. It has been reported that when attempting to dial, a message is returned shortly after stating: "Call Cannot be completed as dialled" and the call is abruptly ended. This seems to be impacting a large subset of our customers. Our engineering team is currently working to identify what is causing this issue.
