We're experiencing higher than expected wait times today due to an outage with our internal tools. Our engineering team is currently working on a fix for our tools that allow us to pull up accounts. Resolved Delayed Instant Transfers

We're investigating reports of delayed Instant Transfers. Our Payments Engineering team was able to confirm with our upstream banking partners that they've experienced a delay with their transaction processing. Rest assured that initiated transfers will eventually be deposited once the fix is implemented. We'll post more updates as we receive them while our Payments Engineering team works to implement a solution.

We're currently investigating reports of text message alerts for orders not being sent to customers with the Online Store. We’re investigating reports of a delay in updates to Square balances. This may impact your ability to initiate Instant Transfers, or use your Square Card. We want to assure you that physical card payments have not been affected and have processed as normal, despite a delay in being reflected within transactions and your balance.
