Resolved Calls not dequeuing
Talkdesk is aware of an ongoing issue caused by one of our providers resulting in calls not dequeuing to available agents mostly impacting Studio Flows. We will provide an update as soon as we have more details
Resolved Degraded performance impacting Agent Dashboard
Between 11:00 - 12:30 UTC there were intermittent errors that impacted some functionality in the Agent Dashboard. Call controls, submitting dispositions, loading certain areas (contacts, call history), and integrations were impacted. Between 13:55 - 14:05 UTC a small amount of errors returned, and this time caused an intermittent problem for any users attempting to log in and log out of the Agent Dashboard during that time. To note: making and receiving call functionality wasn’t impacted. Agents using the Callbar also did not experience these issues. The issues have been mitigated and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
Resolved Delays Updating Live Reporting
We are experiencing data lag in Talkdesk Live. Our support engineering team is focused on it now and we will provide an update in a few minutes.
Resolved Delay assigning calls to agents
Dequeuing calls within Studio flows apparently experiencing degraded performance where there is a delay in routing calls to agents. Our engineering team is investigating to mitigate the issue and we will provide an update soon.
Resolved 502 Bad Gateway
We are receiving reports from users on our main website and attempting to login to Callbar receiving a 502 error. Our engineers are aware and actively working on the issue. We will update with any relevant information soon.
Resolved Issues with log in
We have observed agents having difficulties logging in to our application. We are investigating and will update here shortly.
Resolved DNS Error 1016
We are receiving reports in some regions of DNS Error 1016 when attempting to use talkdesk services. Our engineering team is working to identify and correct the issue as soon as possible.
Resolved Integrations task execution delays
We received reports of slowness in task execution for some third-party integrations. We have identified the cause as an outage at a large integration provider. We have taken internal measures to adjust for this and will continue to monitor impact.
Resolved Failures receiving calls to European countries.
Investigating - We are observing failures receiving calls to some of the numbers in multiple European countries including Italy, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Romania and Luxembourg. We are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
Resolved Problems with receiving/making calls
Our telecom provider is experiencing resurgent errors which have impacted our systems. The primary symptoms are dropped calls or problems making outbound calls. We are working with them again to address the issues as quickly as possible.
