Ongoing Data Processing Delays - Reporting Tools and Billing Affected
Data Processing Delays - Reporting Tools and Billing Affected Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing delays in displaying recent information in the reporting tools. No data has been lost and the system is processing the backlog of data. This will affect Billing processing with a delay in invoice generation, Account Portal data and information available in the Insights and Advanced Insights API. As of Wednesday 2nd December 2020 we have been able to process data from 26th to 30th November.

Resolved Potential Issue with our Video Broadcast Platform
Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our Broadcast platform. Although It is not yet certain whether there is any customer impact, we are alerting customers immediately while our Engineering teams investigate and we can confirm impact and specific details. If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the Broadcast service in Europe. We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 30 minutes. Resolved Issue with media server in Dublin
We have identified an issue with a media server in Dublin. Sessions connected to that server at 18:12 UTC were disconnected. New sessions were automatically assigned to other available servers. The fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the situation.
Resolved Session Monitoring callbacks not delivered
An issue has been identified in one of our servers that prevented some session monitoring callback events from being generated. The issue has been resolved now and we are monitoring the service.
Resolved Issue with media server
We have identified an issue with a media server in the NA region. Users connected to Routed mode sessions on that server would have been disconnected

We are experiencing some issues in the Central Europe area location. The issue impacts only a limited fraction of enterprise customers for now.
