Resolved Impact to joining conferences
We're investigating an issue affecting inbound and outbound calling (which is impacting users trying to join UberConferences). This occurred from 9-9:05 and from 10-10:05 (PT). Calls unaffected other than during those time periods.
Resolved ATT Congestion Issues with UberConference Free Lines
ATT is experiencing some congestion issues and we are working with them to get this resolved. Users with ATT dialing into an UberConference Free line may reach a busy signal. If you receive a busy signal, please join your UberConference via your web browser for the time being.

Resolved Degraded access to Conferences on Web
Around 4:15PM PST, we had degraded access to conferences on web only (not PSTN calls). As of 4:52 PST, the issue is solved and all traffic back to normal.
Resolved Some sporadic issues with busy numbers
UberConference hit an all-time record in traffic today and we saw a few instances of callers getting a busy signal when calling into an UberConference in spite of the capacity upgrade we performed yesterday. We have significantly increased capacity again today and expect this to be more than enough to make sure no one gets a busy signal. We will keep monitoring traffic closely.
Resolved Sporadic issues with busy numbers
Because of the very high number of people working from home across the country and using conferencing throughout the day, the typical logic used to plan capacity across all networks is no longer valid, causing capacity issues across the board. This affects our underlying providers and most telephony networks between Uberconference and the callers’ networks, causing potential for some busy signals for callers. We are working with our underlying providers to increase capacity to be able to accommodate those higher call volumes for all users.

We are currently investigating potential issues in the service. You may experience some problems with call actions (call in, call out, muting, kick, etc).
