As of 4:20 UTC, our Engineering team is investigating an issue with increased I/O latency with Block Storage Volumes attached to Droplets in the SFO2 region. During this time you may experience intermittent request failures to these Volumes in the SFO2 region. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

Our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue with increased I/O latency with Block Storage Volumes attached to Droplets in the SFO2 region and is monitoring the results.

We will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
