We are investigating issues of elevated error rates communicating with Slack. Users may see an error on submission within a Slack form, but we are seeing almost all interactions are actually succeeding. Slack now appears to be functioning normally, and we're not seeing any further problems.

We'll continue to monitor this incident as we wait for confirmation that this is resolved. All actions using our Slackbot should be processing as normal.
