Issue of Unexpected Gaps in Schedule Layers

We are continuing to work to remediate an incident where some PagerDuty customers are experiencing issues with unexpected gaps in schedules with future-dated layer changes. We have deployed a fix that resolved the issue for the large majority of the affected schedules. We are continuing to work on remediation, and we will provide further update on progress of the fix within 1 hour.

We are investigating an incident where some PagerDuty customers in both Service Regions are experiencing issues with Schedules. Impacted customers may see unexpected gaps in schedule layers that have changes scheduled for the future; such gaps, when existent, can result in failure to create an incident if no one is on call at that time. We will provide further updates within 30 minutes.  

We are investigating a potential issue within PagerDuty. If we confirm an impact, we will update within 15 minutes. If there is no impact this notification will be removed.
