The incident at GCP has been resolved and both location and RADIUS services are now fully restored. We're continuing to monitor services and assess the impact.
Google Cloud are reporting an incident in europe-west2 that is currently impacting the primary RADIUS instance in the EU (but not the secondary instance, so no WiFi users should be affected); and inbound location data endpoints.
