L'incident est complètement résolu depuis 20h14 sur l'ensemble de notre parc. Deux des quatres sites européens ont été impactés.
Les clients impactés ont été migrés sur des pools fonctionnels dès la détection de l'incident. Certains ralentissement de la plateformes ont été constatés impactant les appels sur notre service.
Nous avons préférés résoudre entièrement le problème en fin de journée afin d'assurer la meilleure qualité possible sur Ringover.
Nous continuons de monitorer l'activité et nous excusons de la gène occasionnée.
