CTT is currently out of service. The label creation is returning the error SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://ws.tourlineexpress.com:8200/Service1.svc?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "http://ws.tourlineexpress.com:8200/Service1.svc?wsdl."
