This incident has been resolved.
There was an issue with multiple sldb servers going down causing platform latency which caused login failures to the platform as well as API requests timed out. The servers started back up and Snaplogic is investigating the root cause. Will provide an RCA soon.
We have been alerted to failures for logins to the UI. Our team is currently investigating. In the meantime, if you experience any unusual behavior, please contact support (support@snaplogic.com)
