We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Our investigation has shown the root cause to be a new support email address we added. We are working on a fix and should have results soon.
Further analysis indicates some notifications were missing starting on 2/15 to today. This also includes notifications where callbacks are disabled. We are working on a fix and will provide more updates soon.
We have been alerted to an issue where notifications, including but not limited to payment were not sent before 3/11. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide further updates promptly.
