Outage Details

We experienced a database storage issue on 7th-8th May, 2024, due to which some marketing and transactional events are lost and some are processing with a delay for a small portion of our clients (less than 5%). The problem has been identified and and we have applied a fix to process the delayed data. We will share an update soon. Also, there is no issue with the delivery of the emails and it is working as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
