Docebo has identified a performance issue for customers located in eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt). Investigation is underway. Updates will be communicated as they become available.
Mitigations have been deployed in eu-central-1 region and additionally in the ca-central Canada region. We are seeing early positive results but troubleshooting is ongoing to fully resolve the intermittent connection errors.
