When a customer looks up an order on the return portal, they may encounter an error when multi-currency is enabled.
The cause of the order search failures has been identified, related to duties on fulfilments of an order. We are working on a fix.
We are continuing to work to restore order search results for orders with duties.
The change has been released. After deploying the changes we noticed that the error rate dropped and teams are monitoring to ensure that the service has been fully restored for Order Lookup.
