NS1 Connect Maintenance - March 15, 2024 0200 UTC

Engineers will be performing maintenance on the NS1 Connect API on March 15, 2024 at 0200 UTC. The total maintenance will last approximately 3 hours. However, the NS1 Connect API and Portal will only see intermittent service interruptions for a cumulative 10-15 minutes (with a maximum cumulative downtime of 20 minutes). Customers should expect API calls to return 500 error responses and Portal sessions to time out during these intermittent periods.  NS1 recommends retrying any failed calls. XFR, Monitoring and DNS propagation will not be impacted. DNS resolution will not be impacted on the Managed DNS or Dedicated DNS networks. Please reach out to support@ns1.com with any questions.
