We are currently experiencing some connectivity issues which is impacting staff access to OU systems intermittently.
This is been investigated as a priority with our third party network supplier.
We will share further updates soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
We've been advised that the issues we're experiencing, regarding access to OU systems and telephone calls, were part of a larger attack impacting on our third party network provider (JISC). The attack was directed at JISC rather than us, consequently it impacted a number of institutions.
JISC are continuing to closely monitor the situation.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
