Retard de virements

Bonjour,

Nous avons actuellement transmis tous les virements du 9 au 13 mai actuellement. Vous devriez commencer à les recevoir à partir de cet après-midi, ou sous 1 à 3 jours ouvrés selon les banques. Les jours fériés sont des jours non bancaires, aucun virement n’est donc traité ces jours-là. Le weekend, peu de virements le sont en fonction des banques.

Nous accusons actuellement un retard sur les virements qui auraient dû être envoyés le 7 mai. Il s’agit des virements du 06 mai validés par nos équipes après 10h30, ou ceux du 7 validés avant 10h30.

Cela est dû à une erreur retournée sur l’un des outils pour traiter ce virement. Ce virement sera relancé demain, le problème étant résolu.

Attualmente abbiamo trasferito tutti i bonifici dal 9 al 13 maggio. Dovreste iniziare a riceverli a partire da questo pomeriggio, o entro 1-3 giorni lavorativi a seconda delle banche.

I giorni festivi non sono giorni bancari, quindi nessun bonifico viene elaborato in quei giorni. Durante il fine settimana, pochi bonifici vengono elaborati a seconda delle banche.

Attualmente stiamo riscontrando un ritardo nei bonifici che avrebbero dovuto essere inviati il 7 maggio.
Si tratta dei bonifici del 6 maggio approvati dai nostri team dopo le 10:30, o quelli del 7 maggio approvati prima delle 10:30.

Ciò è dovuto a un errore riscontrato su uno dei mezzi per elaborare questo bonifico.

Questo bonifico verrà rinviato domani, una volta risolto il problema.

We have currently processed all transfers from May 9th to May 13th. You should start receiving them from this afternoon, or within 1 to 3 business days depending on the banks. Holidays are non-banking days, so no transfers are processed on those days. During weekends, few transfers are processed depending on the banks.

Currently, we are experiencing a delay with transfers that should have been sent on May 7th. These are transfers from May 6th validated by our teams after 10:30 AM, or those from May 7th validated before 10:30 AM.

This is due to an error encountered with one of the tools processing this transfer. This transfer will be reprocessed tomorrow, with the issue resolved.
