RingCentral Contact Center teams have determined the root cause of the issue and are working on a potential fix. For the time being, please use the second link if you need to use the calling list function under ACD: https://home-a33.nice-incontact.com/inContact/Manage/Lists/Calling/CallingLists.aspx. The next update will be provided in the afternoon of 4/10, or when a significant change in status occurs. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care.
