We are currently investigating an issue causing problems with users logging into Performance Matters. Students are successfully testing currently as it is impacting the staff side of the platform only. We will continue to update this page as we have more information.

Resolved Intermittent Performance Issues on NE PSSP Server

We are aware of intermittent performance issues with PowerSchool Special Programs affecting some of our customers. Upon discovery, PowerSchool immediately escalated the issue to our server provider and partner, Microsoft Azure. As we continue to work to find a resolution, we are performing server upgrades to mitigate impact to Administrators and staff using Special Programs throughout the day. We will provide additional updates here as they become available.

Resolved Unified Classroom: Navigating to SIS through UC

We are aware that some customers using Unified Classroom may currently be experiencing an issue when attempting to navigate to areas in the PowerSchool SIS such as the Gradebook or Quick Links. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we are working diligently to restore full system functionality. We will provide updates as they become available.

Resolved Intermittent Connectivity Issues

We have identified that an outage with an internet carrier impacted connectivity to some of our services for customers. We are now seeing connectivity restored. Resolved Performance Matters – Legacy sFTP – Service Interruption

At this time, we are continuing to work to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience while we work to correct the issues you are experiencing. Please continue to check this status page for ongoing updates. We have been able to establish a workaround which involves updating your connection to our current sFTP Server.
