Resolved App-generated email delays
Our monitoring systems have detected email delivery delays of app-generated emails such as those generated from automation rules, sheets sent as an attachment, or password resets. We are investigating and will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.
Resolved WorkApps Unavailable
We are currently investigating reports of a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" when attempting to access Workapps. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Collaboration Features Delayed
We are currently investigating a delay in processing related to the collaboration features on sheets (Auto-refresh and active faces). Users should be able to utilize their sheets normally. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Messaging App Delays
We are investigating delays of automated notifications to Slack, MS Teams, Workplace, and Google Hangouts. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Bridge Workflow Delays
We identified delays in Bridge workflows triggering. Our team has taken steps to resolve this and workflows are now processing normally. We are monitoring to ensure the continued stability of this feature.
Resolved Error in Dynamic View
We are currently investigating reports of users getting the error "Error Invalid IV length" when using Dynamic View. If you encounter this error, the owner of the Dynamic View can log out and log back in as an alternate solution to resolve the error. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
Resolved Login Issues with Data Uploader
We identified an issue where users were unable to login to Data Uploader without signing into Smartsheet between 8am PST and 9:56am PST. Our team has resolved this issue and we are continuing to monitor the Data Uploader service. A small subset of our users may have experienced their scheduled workflows not running; these workflows will automatically run at the next scheduled increment. If a workflow did not execute as expected during this time, it can be manually executed in the Data Uploader UI.
Resolved Messaging App Notification Delays
We identified a brief service degradation for delivering bot notification to Slack, MS Teams, and Google Chat. This has since been resolved and we are monitoring the service. Some notifications may be delayed as they are reprocessed by our service.
Resolved Admin Center Unavailable
We are investigating failures accessing Admin Center and will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.
