Outage Details

We're currently addressing a problem affecting private charge points, where charging sessions may get stuck on "Stopping" once completed, and the charge point remains 'Busy' even after the cable is released, preventing the start of new sessions. Temporary workarounds Enable Auto Start: - Click on the settings wheel of the charge point - Select Access Settings and select Private - Toggle on Enable Auto Start - Click on Save changes Your car will automatically start charging when you plug in the cable. If you cannot see Enable Auto Start, then you need to set up a Charge immediately Charging rule before. - Select Chargers and find your charge point - Click on the settings wheel and click on Charging rules - Click on + Charging rule and select: - Charge immediately (previously Auto Start) Use Your Native App to Start Charging: You can initiate charging sessions from your native app. We will keep this page updated and hope for a quick fix. We're currently addressing a problem affecting private charge points, where charging sessions may get stuck on "Stopping" once completed, and the charge point remains 'Busy' even after the cable is released, preventing the start of new sessions.

Temporary workarounds

Enable Auto Start:
- Click on the settings wheel of the charge point
- Select Access Settings and select Private
- Toggle on Enable Auto Start
- Click on Save changes

Your car will automatically start charging when you plug in the cable.

If you cannot see Enable Auto Start, then you need to set up a Charge immediately Charging rule before.

- Select Chargers and find your charge point
- Click on the settings wheel and click on Charging rules
- Click on + Charging rule and select:
- Charge immediately (previously Auto Start)

Use Your Native App to Start Charging:
You can initiate charging sessions from your native app.
