Resolved USA Toll free number delivery issue

Some customers are experiencing SMS delivery issues when sending from Toll Free Numbers. We're working to resolve the issue urgently and will queue and deliver traffic once the issue is resolved.

Resolved Email delivery issues

Our Email Marketing and Transactional Email products are currently seeing low delivery rates. This is due to some IPs being listed as spam. We're currently sourcing new IP addresses to put into our pool. This issue should be resolved shortly.

Resolved MMS/Fax high error rate

We've identified a database issue causing high error rates for MMS and fax that are affecting some customers. We expect this to be resolved within 5 mintues.

Resolved API errors

Some customers may be experiencing 500 errors on our API. We are investigating the issue.

Resolved Outbound fax delays

We've identified outbound fax delays affecting some customers. The cause is an invalid SSL certificate on one of our upstream carriers. All faxes will be queued and delivered once the issue is resolved.

We’re currently experiencing issues processing credit card payments due to our upstream credit card processing gateway. All automatic recharges will be retried when the issue is resolved. One off payments will return errors.
