Jennifer Backoffice has been down all afternoon - this is a nightmare and unacceptable. Worse than last year.
Frank Has been non/slightly functional for about 4 hours now. Apparently this also happened last year on 4/20. Clearly Dutchie does not learn from the past.
Mike been down for almost 4 hours now, Back office is off, you can sign on and off to pos. When you do sign on you cant add metrc tags.
