Resolved Errors with signups, user invites, permission changes

We’re currently investigating an issue where signups, user invites, and user permission changes are not processing correctly.

Resolved Custom CSS using less/sass/scss cannot be added to pages.

There is no impact to those currently using customized CSS. This issue will just prevent creating new/modifying existing CSS using less, sass, and scss. We are investigating the cause of the issue, and will provide an update as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support.atlassian.com.

Resolved Intermittent 500 errors loading Billing section

We have received reports that the Billing section of the account is throwing intermittent 500 errors for customers that are paying by credit card. We are investigating the situation.

Resolved Statuspage signup flow broken

Due to an issue introduced earlier in the day, signups were broken for five hours and thirty minutes. The issue has been corrected and signups should now be working as expected.

Resolved UK SMS subscribers redirected to incorrect subscription management page

We are investigating an issue with SMS subscription management on status pages. When managing subscriptions, existing subscribers using phone numbers in the UK will be erroneously redirected to the new subscriber page and will not be able to see the unsubscribe link. For pages using component subscriptions, these subscribers will see all components as selected which may not match their current saved settings. Any updates to subscribed components are still accepted and saved. Notification delivery during this time remains unaffected.
