Resolved Facebook outage affecting Intercom integration
Facebook is experiencing an outage that is affecting some of our customers. It has been preventing them from sending messages from Intercom to Facebook since yesterday. Our engineering team are currently monitoring this situation.

Interconnected, our customer community forum, is currently offline to allow our team to carry out critical maintenance. We hope to get this completed as soon as possible.
Resolved Intermittent issues with Inbox Apps
We are currently investigating reports of intermittent issues with the loading and functionality of third party Inbox Apps.
Resolved Intermittent Event Data issues
We have identified an issue where user data event reads/updates to the API and from the Intercom workspace may fail intermittently. We are working to resolve this.
Resolved Inbox errors and high latencies for all customers.
Since 13:09 UTC, Intercom customers with Inbox Views enabled cannot use the inbox. We have identified the problem and it is being fixed now.
Resolved Intercom's web app is experiencing errors and latencies
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Resolved APIs Degraded Performance
We are looking into higher than usual latencies and errors across our APIs.
Resolved Web application and multiple parts of Intercom down
Multiple parts of Intercom are not functional due to a problem with our search backend. The Intercom web application is not booting.
Resolved 'Deceptive site ahead' error on some conversations
We're currently investigating an incident of "Deceptive site ahead" warnings showing for attachments in conversations. This is occurring because of an image attached to an Intercom conversation that was detected by Google as social engineering. The impact here is that conversations containing attachments received from users by inbound email will show this warning. This issue does not affect attachments sent in the Messenger or by teammates. We have appealed the detection of the image to Google and are working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
